10 great options to keep on hand that are low carb and last a long time!


1. Cans of tuna, salmon, chicken

2. Nut butters (peanut butter, almond butter, etc)

3. Nuts (almonds, cashews, etc. 100 calorie packs are great for portion control!)

4. Seeds (pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, ground flax seeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, etc)

5. Protein powder (BiPro, Tera's Whey, Garden of Life Sport, Vega Sport, etc)

6. Protein bars (see our blog here!)

7. Lilly's chocolate (satisfy your sweet tooth with this low sugar option!)

8. Almond flour (can be used for lower carb baked goods, in place of breadcrumbs, etc)

9. Spices (spices are a great way to flavor food rather than adding a sauce that may be high in sugar!)

10. Dry roasted snacks (such as edamame and chickpeas, lower in carb with more fiber and protein to keep you full but satisfy your salty, crunchy craving!)
